Banking Service means a deposit, loan or other banking facility provided by a Bank to a Customer, but does not include a service in relation to a bill of exchange, a variation of a term or condition of a facility or a debt to a Bank that arises as a result of a withdrawal of more than the amount by which an Account is in credit without the approval of the Bank.

It offers bill payment services to customers through network of agents or online, allowing multiple payment modes and provides instant confirmation. It will facilitate a cashless society through migration of bill payments from cash to electronic channel.

Cash Withdrawal

Cash Withdrawal is a cash withdrawal from your Card account, using a Card at ATMs and at POS of bank branches. “CAT Transaction” is a Transaction conducted on a Terminal activated by Account holder, where goods and services are sold in physical premises without any attendees of a merchant.

Aadhar Pay

The best way to take payments from your customers. A customer needs his Aadhaar number and his presence at the counter. The Micro-ATM comes with a biometric scanner which enables the authentication.

If a customer wants to make payment, then he/she just needs to enter his/her Aadhaar Number in the Micro ATM, scan his/her finger on biometric scanner attached to MicroATM and select the bank from which the payment is to be made. Upon entering the Aadhar Number, the system would automatically fetch the bank account linked with the customer’s Aadhaar number and debit the bank account just like debit card or Bharat QR code.

Balance Enquiry

All bank balance enquiry is 100% free. Missed call banking can be used to check bank account balance. In addition to the internet banking facility, the nearby ATMs can be searched with a click of a button.
